Principles

This site sets no cookies. There is no registration, newsletter, or payment function. We process only what is necessary for site operation, settlement with partners, and minimal analytics.

1. Server Logs

The web server (nginx) logs with each request: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, and referrer. The purpose is secure site operation (error analysis, attack prevention). Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are deleted after 14 days.

2. Click Tracking on Partner Links

Every partner link is routed through /go. On each click, we record: timestamp, page, link position (chat, list, or guide), partner name, category or tag, model name if applicable, country (from Cloudflare header, no separate geolocation), device type (mobile or desktop), and campaign ID.

We do not record: IP address, chat text, or cookies. A click cannot be linked to any individual. Purpose: settlement with partners and measuring which parts of the site are used. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Entries are deleted after 12 months.

3. Google Analytics 4

The site uses Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2. The default is “denied”: Google Analytics sets no cookies, reads none, and stores nothing on your device. Only cookie-free pings are sent (page viewed, timestamp, rough origin); IP addresses are shortened. This remains true unless you consent.

Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; the legal basis is Standard Contractual Clauses and Google’s certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis for cookie-free analytics: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. § 25 TDDDG (German Telecommunications and Telemedia Data Protection Act) does not apply, as nothing is stored on or read from your device.

4. Live Cam Preview Images

The site displays preview images of Stripchat models currently online. These images are loaded directly from the partner’s servers (domains doppiocdn.com and strpst.com, Stripchat / Technius Ltd). In doing so, the partner technically receives your IP address and standard browser data, as with any image load. knisterchat.de does not store these images. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The partner’s privacy policy applies to their processing.

5. Forwarding to Partners

When you click a partner link, you leave knisterchat.de. Only technical parameters such as campaign ID and link position are passed—no personal data. The partners (Stripchat via Stripcash; Candy.ai, Girlfriend GPT, Golove.ai, MyLovely.ai, Fanfinity and DreamGF.ai, and a dating provider via CrakRevenue network) are independent controllers. From that point, their privacy policies apply.

6. Chat

The chat responds with pre-written text only; no person or AI is involved. What you type is processed only in your browser and never sent to the server. It is deleted when you close the page.

7. Hosting and Infrastructure

The server is hosted at OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France (data processor per Article 28 GDPR). DNS, proxy, and TLS run through Cloudflare, Inc., USA. Cloudflare sees the technical connection data; transfer to the USA is secured by Cloudflare’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Article 46(2)(c) GDPR).

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20), and objection to processing on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) (Article 21). Write to contact@investissement.cash to exercise these rights.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR). The competent authority for the operator is the French CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr). You may also contact the data protection authority in your country; they will forward your complaint if appropriate.

9. No Automated Decision-Making

No automated decision-making and no profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR occurs.
