This page is for adults. What this means in practice and what the operator does about it is explained here.

knisterchat.de is exclusively aimed at people aged 18 and over. The tone is erotic; the site itself contains no pornographic content. The preview images of partners that appear on the site are not explicit and are additionally blurred. Explicit content is available only through linked partners, behind their own age verification systems.

Labeling for Youth Protection Software

The site is labeled in accordance with the Youth Media State Treaty (§ 5(3) No. 1 JMStV – Interstate Treaty on the Protection of Minors in the Media) for youth protection software:

age-de.xml with age rating 18. Recognized youth protection programs such as JusProg read this label and block the site on devices set up for children or teenagers.
RTA Label (“Restricted To Adults”, RTA-5042-1996-1400-1577-RTA) in the source code of every page. It is recognized by common filter software and parental controls.

Both labels only function if a youth protection program or filter is active on the device. They do not replace parental setup and monitoring.

Note for Parents

If you provide a device to children or teenagers, install youth protection software. For Germany, JusProg (jusprog.de) is recognized as a youth protection program and is free; iOS, Android, Windows, and most routers also offer their own parental controls and content filters. This site is labeled so that such programs block it without additional configuration.

Age Verification by Partners

The linked providers, particularly Stripchat, operate their own age verification systems, as required for pornographic content in closed user groups (§ 4(2) JMStV – Interstate Treaty on the Protection of Minors in the Media). Whether and how they verify age is their responsibility. knisterchat.de does not conduct its own age verification because the site itself contains no content that would require it.

Youth Protection Officer

Under § 7 JMStV (Interstate Treaty on the Protection of Minors in the Media), providers with fewer than 50 employees may fulfill the obligation to appoint a youth protection officer by joining a self-regulatory organization. A youth protection officer is not currently designated. The operator accepts inquiries regarding youth protection at contact@investissement.cash and will respond to them.

Report Content

If you notice something on knisterchat.de or with a linked partner that violates youth protection or other laws, write to contact@investissement.cash with the relevant address and a brief description. The operator reviews every report and removes links or content as soon as a violation is identified. Reports about partner content are additionally forwarded to the respective provider.

For complaints about internet content, the complaint centers jugendschutz.net and internet-beschwerdestelle.de (eco/FSM – German Association for Internet Industry and self-regulation) and the responsible state media authority are also available.
