Terms of Service

The short version: You are an adult, the site is free, you only enter into contracts with partners. The long version is below.

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the website knisterchat.de (hereinafter “site”), operated by APPAY SOLUTIONS, SASU, Valréas, France (hereinafter “operator”). Information about the operator is in the Imprint.

2. Access Limited to Adults

The site is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over. By using the site, you confirm that you are an adult and that access to erotic content is permitted in your jurisdiction. Details are available under Age Protection.

3. Free Access, No Registration

Use of the site is free of charge. There is no user account, no login, and no payment function. By using the site, you do not enter into any contract for paid services with the operator.

4. The Chat

The chat on the homepage is an automated script with pre-written responses. It is not operated by a person and does not use artificial intelligence. “Lena” is an editorial pseudonym of the operator. The chat helps you navigate among partner offerings; it is not advice, not a matchmaking service, and does not facilitate contact with specific individuals. Your inputs are processed only in your browser and are not saved.

The site contains links to offers from third parties, including Stripchat, AI companion providers, and a dating service. If you sign up via such a link or make a purchase there, the operator receives a commission from the partner. Contracts for partner services are concluded exclusively between you and the respective partner under their terms. The operator is not party to these contracts, receives no payments from you, and has no control over partner pricing, services, or payment processing.

6. Partner Content and Liability

The operator is responsible for the site’s own content under applicable law. Third-party linked sites and preview images loaded from the partner’s servers are the responsibility of the respective providers. Linked offerings were reviewed upon inclusion; continuous content monitoring without concrete evidence of legal violation is not required. If the operator is notified of a legal violation, it will remove the link or content immediately. Notices may be sent to the email address in the Imprint.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator’s liability for damages arising from use of this free site is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

7. Availability

The operator endeavors to maintain uninterrupted site operation but makes no guarantee of continuous availability. Maintenance, technical failures, or outages at hosting and infrastructure providers may cause interruptions. There is no right to service availability.

The site’s own texts, structure, and design are protected by copyright. Reproduction or reuse beyond private use requires the operator’s consent. Names, trademarks, and logos of partners belong to their respective companies and are used only to identify the linked offerings.

9. Permitted Use

The site may only be used for private purposes and lawfully. Prohibited uses include automated access that impairs operations, use by minors, and embedding the site’s content in third-party offerings.

10. Changes to These Terms

The operator may modify these Terms of Service with prospective effect, for example due to new features or changed legal requirements. The version published on the site at any time is applicable; the last update date appears above.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

French law applies. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you reside are not affected.

The operator does not agree to participate in alternative dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body as defined by the Consumer Dispute Settlement Act (VSBG, Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz).
